Hey there. I have T-Mobile right now, and want to move to Nextel for the i580. I figure the i580 is a pretty durable phone, and Nextel is pretty reliable in my area. The next thing is, SERO. I went to complete my order online, and it asked for the e-mail address (which I have) AND a Nextel employee ID. I don't have that; I got the e-mail address off of this forum. Do I really need to provide both of those? If I do, i'm pretty sure I can go to a local Nextel store and get one from a couple friends. Also, is it possible to get SERO benefits at the store? That would make this even more convenient. Thanks!
