motorola tracfone

    hello - i just got a prepaid motorola tracfone, and some how my niece caused caplock to stick to ON in messages, new contacts, etc. How do i turn it off? thank you in advance for any advice

    A little Rude,
    I would just try to do a hard reset on the phone, if this does not work i would just bring it back to the store. Message me if you have anymore questions at all.

    I would not recommend a hard reset. We don't know exactly what model phone the OP has. It is possible that if they do a hard reset they may erase their phonebook entries.

    i couldnt get much of a signal with trackfone it would say emergency only or have 1 bar bouncing back and forth
