Guys: I've found my RAZR will go to "silent" mode if the flip is closed and either of the volume keys pressed immediately followed by the "smart" key (left side of the flip case). I have missed _many_ calls because of this happening while it's in it's soft case.. Has anyone got any tips and tricks how to disable this when the flip is closed?
Try doing a master reset on your phone should set it back to factory default and clear it up, if that doesn't work check your settings, but there isn't a setting to my knowledge on the V3T for this so sounds like a software issue which is why the master reset should clear it up. Welcome to WA
