    Visited the site. Looks identical to my V3m, except it is a real dark blue. Looks real nice.

    I also like some of the features 'Class 2' Bluetooth with Stereo features.

    MPEG4 is real nice.

    I hope they do something about the darn battery.

    I think your battery issue is because you are using a CDMA model. the GSM models have very respectable battery life unless you spend a lot of time using data or worse yet is data over bluetooth.
