    Don't know if this will affect your decision: the KRZR is being phased out and is now only available at retail shops that still have them, and a few still in CDF for shipping - but it's time has come.....

    well, i know i'm getting the lg but i just wanted to see what people thought about the two, cuz an alltel salesperson told me the two are competitors.

    I prefer the K1m KRZR but I didn't think the AX8600 was too bad a phone, either.

    I'd vote for the KRZR but, like bikebryan says, the K1m is being phased out by Alltel and probably won't be available in a week.

    I imagine that's to make room for the V9 RAZRĀ² that's on the way.
