    There are 'unlocking' services on the internet. Do a search. Motorolas aren't as easy as some, so expect to pay from $20 to $50.

    There are forums like this that can help. That's what I use for my GSM Nokias, and get it done for free. Giving unlocking information on forums like this is frowned upon.
