Is there a way to get more SMS storage on an Alltel RAZR V3M? It looks like there's a limit on my phone of around 45 messages in the INBOX and the same for the OUTBOX. Seems silly to have this limit with so much space available in the main phone memory!

There is a seem edit to enable 100+ texts on the Alltel firmware. I havent personally tested it out b/c, well...I just dont text that much, lol. At any rate, here is the seem edit, let me know if it helps any...

Seem 2742, Record 1, Bytes 0000, Offset 0040, Bit 6 - Check to ON (Enables Alltel firmware to keep 100+ texts)

    Taken from Mark Venture's site:

Just an update I did edit the seem per Mark Venture's suggestion. It failed to offer additional SMS space however. :( Anyone else have any luck or additional hacks to allow for more SMS storage?
