So far, so good. Coverage on the card is way better than any Sprint phone. Usually Rev A coverage is -10db better than 1x. Speeds have been around 800K at my house with -71-103 signal depending on where in the house I am. At my friends house I got 1100kbps. This was all on speedtest.net. I have the unlimited plan on a pantech 500 for 49.99 a month with the card free after rebate.

That is great to hear. So even in the -103 coverage areas, you are still pulling in these fast speeds?

Yup, my bedroom for some reason gets the worst service by Sprint. Usually -97, but it can float up to -103 and it still works very fast. I'm happy with it.

That is great to hear, thanks!
I am considering an aircard sometime in the future- maybe with one of those routers you plug your aircard into and can connect wirelessly in your whole home.

Yeah, I saw that, it's cool. I only got this because 50$ isn't that much to have faster wireless at home (cable internet is $$$ here, 22$ for 160K), for when I move into my friend's house for the summer, and have net access right away when I move to Orlando in September. Plus, I am not paying for phone or cable in Orlando, so I figured I'll have access all around the city, home (well...read "darn it" thread in this forum), and if I commute to UF for grad school...access all around town there too in Gainesville.

I read your thread- that sucks to be honest with you. Just remember, coverage maps can be wrong. ;)

I agree that $50 really is not a lot for high speed internet. Comcast charges $57.95 for their 6meg down/384k up cable line unless you are a cable subscriber. Having on-the-go internet really is a good thing, especially when you are not planning on having a home phone- we have VOIP because it's so cheap, that's the only reason we still have a home phone.
