i keep trying to send an mp3 or mid ringtone to my phone and the message on my phone reads "Attachment dropped". Why is that? It never did that before?

With the mp3 I could see that happening if the file is too large...a MIDI would have to be pretty long to be too large.

If file size is not the culprit I don't know what to say unless TM is just having MMS issues at the moment.

I think TMobile....as well as the others....drop mp3 attachments. I think it's a fairly new thing. I guess too many people were downloading songs and sending them to themselves for ringtones...so the carriers put the kabosh to that.

People must not have been getting the songs through the carrier....for 2.99, 3.99 or whatever they charge.

The carriers must have been missing big $$$$

What about .WAV files? Are those dropped as well?
