Missed Calls

    Since our migration over to AT&T Wireless, and using the free Nokia 5165 phones we were given, our users have been experiencing quite a few instances of incoming calls going straight to voicemail, without ever ringing on their idle phones.
    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

    I just looked at your profile and noted you are in Philly. Call 611 on your wireless and explain the situation to them.
