How does this work? Am I different being on a business plan?

I go to look at my detail.....and past minutes I can see up until 4/26 (billing cycle goes from 27-26th)

When I click "See Current Activity Details" all I get is what my plan is...no minutes. I haven't seen a line of detail for calls made/received...except for that "Bill Details" section of the bill, giving me minutes up until 4/26 only.

Am I not doing something correct here? :headscrat

It might be different for business plans - not sure. I have a summary in the green section at the top of the page, above my call detail listing.

When you are logged in you see in the greenish billing box with the link for "See your current bill & minutes used information". It goes to the Bill Summary page. A small box on the right, next to Bill Summary has a bar that should show a horizontal graph of minutes used. Below that is the link for the "See current activity detail". This is where I see the unbilled minutes used with the call information below it.

The above is what I access. Are you seeing the same thing or something completely different. Maybe being on a Business plan might make a difference. Hope this helps! :)

Well....this is strange. Now...following your directions, I get 3 calls (all today)....the rest are gone...probably because today is the first day of our new billing cycle. Drats.....wish I could see calls from last week :( Oh well....at least I finally got here. This is messed up. It seems like it just updated yesterday....first time since 4/26......4/26 was the last day I have been able to see in the call detail, until today, to which now all I can see is todays calls.

    Thanks Mike..... ;)

You're welcome! :D Glad it worked. I notice, for me, it updates pretty quickly. Have fun with it.
