Did anyone in the twin cities think they saw a 3G on their phone, blink, and it was gone? Well, ok, that's an exaggeration. But did you have it briefly? I'm curious. I knew they were testing in Rochester for the MNP market, but my (indirect) rep said they turned up Mpls but that it tanked big time (so it's back off). Now they're saying nobody else in that market will see it before next year. Anyone else hear that or anything similar?

Yep, Back in August of 2005 I saw "EV" show up on mine. ;) Just messing with you. It's about time AT&T gets in the game here, I can't believe anyone would buy their data service in this market when for the same money both Sprint and VZW have had 3G for a long time. We need more competition in the country for data to help drive prices down.
