Well, they could have had my business if they didn't screw me on my last Windows Mobile phone. Not long after I bought it, they announced that WP7 was in development, and applications would not be compatible between WP7 and WM 6.5. I was stuck in a contract with a phone that nobody supported for over a year before I could upgrade again. When I could upgrade, I did not choose a Windows phone, even though I had been a loyal Windows Mobile user for 5 or 6 years previously.
