Has anyone really tried Metro PCS? I am attracted by the 'permission to speak freely'. The only thing is they are really only in the central CA area and somtimes I have to go down south so the roaming charges will be a #$%^&.

There is NO roaming with metro pcs. IF you are out of their area you can NOT make or recieve a call. (Phone is piece of plastic)

Can not say anything about their service

The service is ok, calls drop quite a bit from what I hear. Travel talk is their "roaming" which is 79 cents a min. Kinda expensive. But I do know they have srvc in Sac and the Bay area, and are going to LA soon. So it's up to you whether you want that or not.. just hit me up, I can probably answer some questions about their srvcs.

We should take away the ability of newbies to revive any thread that is over 2 years old. ;)

I think we should get rid of the related threads section at the bottom of existing threads. It's got this bad habit of showing people very old topics as "related."

I guess that's what you get for insisting that new users use the search button :browani::browani::browani:
