The SanDisk memory card is an excellent choice for your RAZR. I use the SanDisk memory cards in all of my phones as well as my digital camera and I've never had any problems with any of them.

I agree. Sandisk is an old established manufacturer of memory cards, and has a great reputation. I use a 512MB in my razr.

Who told you this? If you're having trouble finding one, check BestBuy, or Walmart. They carry plenty of the 512MB cards.

walmart,,bestbuy, office depot, even radio shack, (all being out
of the 512) that they are not on the reorder list, when the sores
run out that's it, the next step up would be the 1 gig, i guess it's
more profitable, i also asume you would still get the direct from
scan disk all i know is i ran all over town the other day trying to buy
a 512, and i got told the same thing ever where i went.

I would just order it online. I found the 512MB card at SanDisk | Products | Memory Cards | microSD Cards, and SanDisk - 512MB microSD/ TransFlash Memory Card - SDSDQ-510-A10M, for $19.99.

ok i just got back from town where i bought 2 1gb microsd card's
for 14.99 each after instant rebate, i thought is was a good deal
i just had my mind set for the 512mb, i noticed in the store there
was an empty slot for the 512, the salesman they where not going to
stock them anymore, that's all i know.anyone wanting these card's at this
price, i would suggest you call office depot and see if they have the same deal going on. (this was an in store rebate, total cost at check out including
    tax was 31.78 for both

What's unfortunate about it? I'd say with the deal that Army received, he made out just fine.....And as he said, without the wait. ;)
