Maryland Cell Phone Complaints

Hi. I'm a reporter for Capital News Service, a wire service in Annapolis, Md. I'm a graduate student, and this is to replace my thesis. I have to complete a computer-assisted reporting project by December, and I'm working on it now.

I have a database of consumer complaints from the attorney general's office, but I'm having trouble getting people to tell me about their experiences and complaints. SO, I thought I would post a request here in the hopes that someone will have had problems using cell phones in Maryland.

Of course it would be even better if someone had filed a complaint with the attorney general, but anyone who would be willing to share their story would be helpful to me.
