    My Phone:
    Motorola c975
    Wireless Provider(s):
    Motorola c975 has manual network selection (Menu--Networks--Available Networks) on 1900Mhz, so i can put in Cing sim and select between Cing/ATT and TM. 310-410/310-260. This is what i do everyday i switch to 310-260 once i am at home and 310-410 everywhere else.
    Is there any cell phone on U.S. market among major providers that has the same function???so in case when i have one bar with Cingular I would manually change to TM as i do with Mot c975. The only minus is that C975 dont get 850Mhz.

    Well Cingular blocks their phones from doing that, so any unlocked non-Cingular branded phone would probably work just fine, just make sure it's unlocked. Also, I would guess that at some point, Cingular might restrict roaming on T-Mobile, then it doesn't matter whether your phone has manual network selection or not.
