Hi, my Galaxy Relay 4G with a new battery out of mpj has been used for 1 year recently keeps losing 4G&WiFi connection while at home. I’ve done everything that I should do and contacted T-Mobile but nothing helpful. It is fine on my PC and my wife’s iPhone, but all my info and apps are on my phone. Please help!

    Re: losing 4G&WiFi connection

Do you mean that both the mobile network and WiFi disconnect?
So if you try to make a call, what happens? Or is this a data only problem?

If you are losing both mobile data AND WiFi connectivity, then it would indicate a problem with the phone itself. When you lose 4G, does the phone drop to 2G (EDGE GSM)?
