    Hi everyone,

Ever since I got my new Motorola V551 with Cingular over the weekend, I've noticed that the half that contains the screen is loose. When the phone is closed, that half can move a bit side to side. When the phone is open, that part seems to move quit easily side to side. It is not a tight fit. A friend of mine at work said with his Motorola V550, the fit was very tight.

Is this a problem/"feature" with the V551 or could I just have a bad unit? Is it worth returning for a new one? The phone is only 3 days old.

I believe mine is the same way, I had noticed it before, but it wasn't anything I was concerned about. Mine seems looser when it is closed then when it is open.

If you are concerned about it, I suggest going back to the store and comparing it to some other V551s....if it is noticeably looser then others, ask for a swap.
