currently have a Motorola Razr. It works fine, but it's not got all that I really want - because I also have a PDA. It's a pain having them both and my Treo needs an upgrade. Anyway, I'm looking for a PDA/Phone combo and would like it to get all my info. from Outlook, play Mp3's, have a camera, and accept voice commands through a bluetooth headset (I don't have one yet, but want to get one - any suggestions on that would be nice also). I want to tell the phone through the headset to dial someone by name or even play a song or something would be nice. I bought MS Voice Command when I thought I was getting an XV6700. I heard it doesn't do voice commands through blue tooth anyway so that's why I'm asking about phones. My phone does NOT need the internet, but a keyboard would be nice whether hidden or out (thought I'm getting used to it, I still HATE text messaging on my phone). One last thing is that I have Verizon so it would need to work with that service. I don't pay for the service so that's why I haven't looked into changing to anything else. I think that's about it. If you need more info. to help me out just ask. I'd like to get something VERY soon so please reply. Thanks for your help.

By the way, it was mentioned that Verizon won't activate a non-Verizon phone; but would they activate a Verizon phone I bought from E-bay?

I am not much help on Smartphone help. I currently own a Motorola Q9m, I love its features and the form, but the software has some bugs, which makes me not enjoy the device very much and I'm actually not using it as my primary device.
As for your ebay question: Verizon will activate any phone as long as it has a clear ESN- meaning it has not been reported stolen, etc. so buy from a trusted ebay source, or even ask for the ESN number beforehand and check with VZW to make sure they will activate it.
