looking at a used phone compatibility

    Ok so my razr on my other carrier(cellcom) broke and my friend has a verizon Moto krazr that if it will work they said would give to me to use...my question is since the krazr is a cdma phone and cellcom carries cdma phones should i be able to take it in and use the krazr from verizon?

    Only if your carrier will allow the activation of a phone from another provider. This isn't something that's a guaranteed possibility with CDMA phones. The ESN number of the phone is usually what's used when activations phones with CDMA carriers. Run it by Cellcom and see if they'll accept it and activate it. Don't expect data features to work, though.
