I have a LG VX8100 and a data cable (straight) and I have the software I purchased from Susteen,Inc. I have installed the software and I constantly get the found new hardware message (needing drivers installed) and when you look in the device manager they are there with the yellow ?. Reinstall does nothing as well. Does anyone have any ideas? I would gladly use BitPim's software but I had the same issues when trying to use it. My OS is XP Pro and I am lost at this point as to what to try next. Thanks.
Try using the LG USB drivers, that is what I used and it seems to work ok with a little messing around with Bitpim. If you don't have them let me know and I may be able to send them to you. I am not on much anymore though so it could be a few days.
