    i have some quetions dose any one know how to get the fornt display light off when it is charging also is there somewhere i can download the new firmware becouse my cell company tech is never in

    No, there is no way to shut off the dront display light when charging. You can either use it as a night light or keep it in a room other than your bedroom.

    If you use Verizon, you can go to any company store. If you use another provider, I would call CS and get the address of their locations.

    The firmware can only be flashed by a corporate Verizon store , if you're not having luck at the one you're going to, try a different one........

    I'm surprised that an option to turn off the external LCD was never introduced...My 7k light stays on also, but thankfully I'm used to it by now.
