I have tried Gagin, but I can not get to see my phone out of COM1 or 2 port. So went and downloaded Bitpim and now it get this error: An unexpected exception has occurred. I downloaded all the software, still can't get pass that point.
make sure the com port on your computer matches the com port setting with BitPim. I've been using BitPim for awhile, and I do get errors like that every once in awhile....Usually I can proceed as normal. Sometimes I either have to restart BitPim, turn the phone on and off, or both....
