I just posted the following message to helpdesk@lginfocomm.com ================== I keep asking but am not getting any answers. I REALLY want an answer, please. I'm going to try email one more time, since the lady I keep reaching at LG's phone number - 800-793-8896 - is as ill- informed as we owners are. I bought a TM510 for a number of reasons. One very specific and important reason was the ability to synchronize my phone with my PC. I bought my phone in good faith that the advertised features were available. The PC software and it's advertised capability is still not available and all anyone at LG offers is "it's coming". Having had to replace my phone three times already, I am not a satisfied customer since each time, I have had to spend significant amounts of time re-entering data that would otherwise be available for down load. I, along with at least 1300 others that belong to the 510 support group, have been as patient as possible but we are now at the point legal action is being considered, along with a letter writing campaign to technical publications that are involved in the cellular industry. I want to know what the holdup in your making that software available is. I want to know when I can expect to see the software become available. If your answer is "it's coming soon", don't waste your time or mine and I'll just proceed by starting a letter writing campaign. Steve Aikens =============================== Following that email, I once again called LG. This time I spoke with a lady name Mystee [I hope I got her name right. She told me they had just received notification that the software will be posted on the LG website on March 22nd. I'm not holding my breathe, considering LG's history of failed or delayed products, but at least we have a date now. It is my intention to add that promised due date in the letters I am in the process of composing. I do not intend to believe what I was told at it's face value and am proceeding to act as I note above. Steve Aikens.
