Can anyone tel me about their experience with the Sprint LG Lotus?

I purchased one 5 Days ago, and am having fits with it. Everyday I find something else this phone does not have that my old Sanyo SCP 8400 did.

Most noticable, (And frustrating) is the lack of a missed call or message indicator light. I have missed several calls, and don't realize I have missed them or that I have a voice mail or text message until I look at the phone.

Also, what's with no flash on the camera??

Does this frustrate anyone else? I went back to the Sprint store to see if I could exchange this phone, but they tell me it is a $35 service fee!!!! So much for the 30 Day guarentee.

Is there another phone that someone can recommend that will show missed calls, and has a flash?

I can't help you with the Lotus, but I agree that the $35 fee for "restocking" is bogus. Just another way they nickel and dime us.

The only way to truly test a phone is to buy it and use it in the real world. In the stores everything works well since they usually are near a tower or have a repeater in the store. To charge a fee to return a device is rather rotten and poor customer service, IMO.
