How do I get my music into the correct folder to apply as my ringtone?

IIRC, when I using bitpim, I just drag/drop files into the ringtone folder.

I have just transferred wallpapers//pictures/ringtones from my LG VX8100 -> LG Dare, but haven't added any new ringtones to the phone fro awhile now (haven't used bitpim for almost 6 months, so a bit rusty)

They go in the My_Audio folder. Can not be used from MicroSD card but all u have to do is transfer from card to phone. U can either use the USB cable or flip flop the card back and forth from the computer to get them on the card.
