Does anyone know when the LG 8300 is supposed to be released in stores? I tried searching everywhere but I can't find it. I'd really appreciate it.

I know that Madison, WI is a long way from where you are, but the VZW corperate store has the LG 8300 for sale!! Sounds like most stores are trying to get rid of all their 8100 before the sell the 8300.

Yeah I think that's what it is. Verizon is going to switch out my Motorola e815 because I've had issues with it after three exchanges within my first month. So to compensate they're going to switch it out for the LG 8300 as soon as it's released in stores and I got 150 bonus minutes extra for the next two months. When I called the local store, they were trying to push the 8100 on me. Didn't work. So you say it's already released and everything in your neck of the woods?

I know they have them in our neck of the woods now.

My parents are eyeing them. It's funny I keep hearing good things about the Motorola e815, but then I hear bad things like from Etorres777 about it!

I'm so confused. Both the Motorola and the Lg are currently buy one get one free right now, and that's what they need.... I'm thinking the LG"s myself. They seem to have a longer battery life/standby according to phonescoop when I compared them. My experiences with the LG's have also been they are louder phones as far as earpiece, ringer, etc. and I know they need that...

So Etorres777, if you get one, would you please share your thoughts on it? Thanks!

The worse experience that I have ever had with a company. I filed a complaint with the BBB, see how far I get with that. Coverage is awesome, phone awesome, employees (no offense to anyone that works for them on here) that I talked to don't know what customer service is.. I have unlimited text now, what more can I say? LOL. A lot of M2M as well. I also got the phone on a one year contract for $48.52. I hope I never get a repeat of Verizon Wireless.

The texting issue. It'd happen to me at least three times a day while trying to reply to a SMS, it's freeze, go to the main screen and display no service, then start working again, A.K.A. a soft reset.

That's too bad that it went that far with Verizon. Isn't funny how people can have good experiences with one company while someone else has a bad one with them?
Well enjoy your phone. I'm sure you won't be putting a baby pink neoprene cover on it...like I did to mine though:browani:
