I actually feel that the customer service holding time is important. With damn AT&T (GSM) I am on hold at least 20 minutes on average and that it extremely irritating. I would go running back to T-Mobile, but they don't have an unlimited plan.

Mr. Aiwapro, do you think that they'll get the Nokia 7210 and an unlimited plan?

Look, I will put this in short words, easy words so it gets through.

Testguy - Just because you had a bad experience with T-Mobile doesn't mean T-Mobile is a bad company. Plenty of people have good T-Mobile service. It's unfortunate that you weren't one of them, but it looks to me like you got $600 or $900 or whatever out of them, so you have been compensated.

Aiwapro - Just because you work for T-Mobile, and just because T-Mobile works great for YOU, does not mean that they are incapable of having bad service. Telling people they're wrong about their experiences is not going to change their minds - and as far as your claim to be able to stack your phone up against anyone else's and win, I guarantee you'll lose if you let me pick the place. I can think of ten places just in West Los Angeles where a Verizon phone will have great signal and your (and my) T-Mo phone will be of more value as a speed bump.

I have had both good and bad experiences with T-Mobile. Lately they've been almost all bad, but there is some good there.

I am just curious. Do you two have nothing better to do in your pathetic lives than to argue the quality of cell phone companies? I may read these silly boards and draw an llot of great information, but you would never catch me arguing the quality of providers. Just palin silly!!

Lets just say it kills the day a little faster... LOL... And just like the man said i hate when people tell me i'm wrong. I know that t-mobile might have given me bad service but on the other hand I know they might be the best thing since sliced bread for others.. But fossil if you don't like us argueing about are service between us.. Then in my mind don't get involved in the conversation. And my life is far from pathetic and the fact you come on here saying you read a lot of these boards maybe your the pathetic one here. If you dont want to join the conversation THEN DON'T but don't come here just being plain silly calling everyone else names... B/ thats not cool. OK SUPER...
