Lack of Cell-Phone Service Frustrates Verizon Customers in Butler, Pa

    Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pennsylvania via NewsEdge Corporation : Nov. 30--Nobody's accepting blame, but Verizon Wireless customers in and near Butler have been unable to receive calls to their cellular phones for several days.

    When people with regular phone lines have tried to call cell phones in area code (724) -- those with prefixes 355, 603, 629 or 822 -- they usually have been hearing a recorded message that states "all circuits busy" instead.
