Some of the affected handsets include the KE414 (Phantom), KX434 (Rave), 3245 and the SE44 (Slider). For the most part, if you are affected by the counterfeit battery recall, Kyocera will be sending you a letter. The recall is for the battery only, not the phone itself. Customers with questions or concerns can contact the Kyocera Wireless Battery Information Center toll free at 1-866-559-3882.

Is it too much to ask for a phone with physical buttons?
