I just got my 1st T-Mobile phone last week! :browani:

It seems great so far. 30 daze to decide. I may bring over the other line & sell some T-plans if I continue to like it. (I sold a number of plans for Cingular previously - as a FORMERLY satisfied customer). I finally just tired of problems (8 yr customer - w/Family plan) after the very unfortunate att take-over/merger.

Phone - I got the Moto W490. Very nice phone, except if I put it on speaker phone & close it, it hangs-up. And my sweet Body Glove phone case (that I got elsewhere) has the charger port cut-out on the wrong side . . . . grrrrr . . . .

    Anyhow . . . .

I've received so MANY compliments on GREATLY improved sound quality & reception. YEAH ! ! ! !

    So far . . . . VERY happy with T-Mobile.

    Best.

    TB

Enjoy! They're very strong here in Southern California.

Nice I hope you like them when I am up with Verizon who knows where I am going to go. But TMobile is promising.

    .
    Thanks Mobile Mike & RJB.

    I was 8 yrs w/Cingular (unfortunatly, att last 1 1/2).

I had Sprint 3 yrs previously & had good service from them - save a couple of holes in the network that were a problem for me (I understand they have been filled).

But T-Mobile users I know have been evangelizing T-Mobile to me for years, & after shopping everybody - T-mob offers the best & most flexible plans. I like that.

Sprint was my second choice, & if I could have gotten SERO in a Sprint store (vs online or call-in) I might have done it. 7 pm evenings (vs 9 pm w/ everyone else) & free texting are definately attractive. But their issues with Nextel were a concern - & I want in store service.

In the end - it looks like T-mob is the up & coming USA carrier.

    Very pleased.

    Best.

I think TMobile is very good I really wish they could get their 3g going. Also GSM here in Utah is very limited as far as coverage. They rely on Alltel GSM for alot of the state and that is not the best. I hope that ATT and Tmobile do start to expand.

I'm no fan of the 3,000 lb gorilla (att).

    &, I don't know about Utah.

How about Sprint - their 7pm evenings is great, & the plans are attractive.

    Best.

They were a very, very close second for me to T-Mobile.

If T-Mobile didn't work out - I would go Sprint.

    Sprint's good peeps.

    Best.

I was with Cingular (and while it was CellularOne) for almost 10 years. I decided to buy a T-Mobile To Go (then known as T-Mobile EasySpeak) prepaid phone package as I thought it was an inexpensive way to try out their service and network. Six months later, I went into a T-Mobile company store and converted to a monthly plan, they gave me a free phone and I was also able to keep the same phone number.
