So not sure how many of you saw this on hofo. What do you think this means?? Welcome to Wireless Evolution!
Even if they wanted to do that they wouldn't because it's just not possible to put up any tower in less than 1-2 years no matter what.
Its RAZR 2.... Another Damn Razr.... Along with guess what????????????????????????????????????????? Another RAZR...The W385.....Moto is Killing the RAZR.
Here is my source...also look at when they're trying to release Razr 2...Im Pissed I really though Sprint was going to try and get a Sidekick meets M1 out the door...Oh Well... Phone News - Sprint Testing Motorola V9m RAZR2, W385 Again I believe this is for the Razr 2 launch.
This is my guess as well but I wonder why they would go to all the trouble just for the new razr you know.
I guess you have to listen to Zander's Press Conference Re: RAZR 2 launch....He was touting it was revolutionary to the cell phone world....I'm just trying to put 2 and 2 together...I havent a clue.
Myster Solved Guys.... I guess Sprint will be making a big push on data....this is going to be the 1st major marketing campaine with the new ad firm. http://www.nwdinc.net/id_we_sales_guide_050107.pdf
Wow... that's less exciting than the RAZR. Is the RAZR really that bad, lenny? I'm a little sick of it, too but they're updating it, and it keeps selling well. The RAZR really is the new v60, with all the different colors, models, configurations, etc. My real question is what is Motorola going to follow the RAZR up with? I mean the SLVR, PEBL, KRZR, etc. are cool but what's coming next? Anyway, I went a bit fftopic: a new ad campaign isn't really anything to get excited about unless they've got bobbleheads!
Razr's are everywhere you go...while out about during the work day in Center City Philadelphia, I must incounter atleast 30-50 razr's a day (Not Lying).. But it could be more then just RAZR's as I dont see myself ever going back to a Non Smartphone ever...I have to have WM and a QWERTY...My work demands it and Im tired of carrying the laptop everywhere...So yea it goes deeper then just the Razr, but LORD how much more RAZR can this Nation stomach.
I still find it hard to believe that the razr is being so heavily promoted by Sprint. That phone is so old is unreal! move on!
I hope this is not another RAZR coming out. It really hurt Sprint that they were the last major carrier to put out the original RAZR because when it came out it was not like anything else out there. It was the phone to beat back in the day but the day was like 3 and a half years ago and Motorola is just updating it with newer versions that do a couple new things and feature a Micro SD slot or something but they still have the same clunky annoying interface which is the reason I never would touch a RAZR and I get so sad when I see someone with one rather than a M610 because Samsung has a much better interface. I hope we get a good phone from Sprint because my fleet is aging and I still don't see anything to replace my phones with. I guess a long overdue PPC 6800 is coming out this month which I might snag but it is already behind the times if you compare it to devices that you can get for GSM networks. If anybody from Sprint reads this just consider that I send more money your way than the average customer so try to do something right for a change and put out a couple of great phones. The RAZR was a champ back in 2004 but phones have come along way. And improve the rural coverage also but I don't see that happening either. Oh well.
