    January Contests! ** New Info **

    Announcing Two Contests in January! (3 prizes :eek: )

    1. Most posts in January:
    The registered user with the most posts in January will get a high quality stainless-steel WirelessAdvisor.com mug. (See the attached picture.)

    A 2nd mug will be given to another top ten January poster. That will be determined by the ones digit of final score of the winner of NFL's AFC Championship game. So if the game winner scored 27 points, the 7th highest Jan. poster gets the mug. If the winner's score ends in a 1 or a 2 the 2nd place poster wins. Get it? :confused: This way more people are in it right to the end.

    (Remember that posts in the off-topic sections do not count AND short garbage posts made just to increase the count will NOT be counted.)



    2. Most referrals in January:
    The registered user that refers the most NEW users in January will get a WirelessAdvisor.com golf/polo type shirt. This is a high quality shirt made by L.L. Bean. (See the attached picture.)
    How: When users complete the registration form, there is a place in the registration box to type your username. Your referred users must have at least one post in Jan. to count. (No cheating - it isn't worth it.)

    It will probably take just a few referrals to win the shirt!

    Not to play devil's advocate here, but I can see a lot of people posting nonsense posts in the Roaming home or one word posts like "thanks" or "ditto" just to add up their post counts...is there any way to monitor, or at this point is it a free-for-all??

    But it still doesn't eliminate the wasted posts that only acknowledge or agree with other posters...

    And I will personally destroy people that make a lot of garbage posts. So don't even think about it!

    I think that after a certain amount of post we should get a souvenir from WA to begin with without the need to do any contest imho, or just make them available to buy like someone already suggested...
