Is this what we have to look forward to with Verizon?

    I think I might go to T-Mobile. I heard yesterday from Go Wireless (T-Mobile rep) that they are putting up 200 towers where Alltel was covering good.

    did you see where the state of Florida slapped Verizon for $1.5 Million for unfair billing practices.....

    I'm trying to stay positive, but the Verizon news just doesn't impress me. Did we ever hear of these problems with Alltel?

    Yes, Verizon did get hit with a result of a trial in Florida - but the real culprit was shady third party SMS providers. They sign up customers using legal but shady methods.

    You can bet that in some way, shape or form Verizon is going to cost this out to the customers, either in increased fees or decreased expansion. The only real person hurt here in the long run will be the customer.
