Is Sprint ever aware of tower problems?

    Verizon actually referrs you to the Tech Support department when having coverage/call issues...you'd think that they'd be trained enough to understand what a cellsite is, or a handoff, or what a sector of a cellsite is when I tell them a sector isn't working properly.

    Yeah tech support are not even close to being experts on RF/cell site issues. I could out-knowledge them by a long shot.
