Vf, I got the Apple leather in Storm Grey and was planning on ordering the Caudabe Veil in Stealth.

Last night I damaged my pink one taking it off the 6s, so now I am debating if I should.

How about you, what case/s?

Even I have two. First, because it seemed like a good idea at the time. Second, because I didn't like the first very much

Well, if I'm going to buy a case for my candy-bar phone, it needs to look AND TASTE like a candy bar. Specially, a Hershey's Dark Chocolate bar.

 

KJ, ah yes I have multiple cases. I never used to put my phone in case until my first iPhone, iPhone 5.

The phone looked fragile and there were so many case available, I had a total of 11 for the 5/5s.

For the 6/6s I have 8, it would have 9 if I didn't destroy my pink Caudabe trying to take it off.

Now for my 7, I only have one.

The funny thing is unlike viewfly, I rarely switch cases. In all 4 phones I had the Apple case on 85-90% of the time. So for me multiple cases are kind of a waste of money.

First battery charge cycle includes setting, checking things out, etc. on a mix of wifi and cellular.

Pretty good I would say.

@viewfly: Actually, you completely lost me on that one. But no, none of the above. Dress shoes, sandals and slippers. Since I'm home most of the time, the slippers get the most use.

@viewfly: Oh. I see your point. It really wasn't any of my business to require an explanation, it just sort of (initially) surprised me that people use more than one case. (I wish I were as active as you are, but then its absurd of me to think that. I had my "heyday" and now that's gone. The beach used to be my favorite meditation and quiet-time location. Now I live way too far away.)

I just found out last night in a side by side with my 6s that the 7 has better reception.

So faster, smoother, better reception, and better battery life. What more can one ask for.

I decided to pay off my 6s and give it to hubby. This is his first true smartphone coming from a wannabe, the Nokia Asha 311 and feature phones prior to that. Hope the 6s treats him well.

Well, some do wear socks.

 

How much did that cost. I was just talking to a friend who said EBay was selling them for over $1,000 and the limited ed. black was 3 grand! That sounds unbelievable.

 

The price you quote is much more reasonable. I think someone on eBay is gouging.
The Note 7 was about the same, depending on carrier. AT&T's price was the highest at about $890. The internal memory option is same as iPhone7, 64GB. It came with option of free Gear S2 or 256GB MicroSD card. I took the card option.

I like my blue Note7, but I must admit that the iPhone7 has some wonderful color choices. In a way, I am a bit annoyed with phone makers today. (It must be that I'm old and always been a "realist.") They've taken a perfectly dependable utilitarian device and turned it into an easily damaged piece of jewelry. But I can't 100% blame the makers. It seems consumers themselves are becoming more impressed with eye candy than function. I think Wall-E was prophetic in more ways than one.
