I love the iPhone(s), and I will upgrade from the 3GS to iPhone 4 in July.
Why? Many new hardware features, and a new shape and profile making it the thinnest and most well built smartphone on the market today. 7 hours of 3G talk time with the larger battery and a 1Ghz processor...and of course a very fine screen that reviewers are raving about...blowing the rest away!
And in general, the OS is very smooth and well polished.

I'm getting a black iPhone 4. I'm currently using a 3G that I got at release. I use it for email, address book, web surfing (especially Google Reader), and Facebook. I also keep a few notes on there for easy access.

I didn't have to rush out and get a 3GS, but its time for an upgrade now--my 3G is a bit slow (slower now than when new--OS 3 needs more RAM). I love the interface and polish. I look forward to backgrounding Pandora so I can do other stuff.

Why bother considering the white iPhone when it continues to be delayed? It may be released by March 2011, but there's talk it might not happen with iPhone 4. So it's really not an option.

As of right now the iPhone 4 in white is NOT available. Min time frame of when it will be out is Spring of 2011.

The screen is amazing. New camera is great. I couldn't careless about face-time, but hey, it's there. Battery for me has been better. I have yet to drop a call.

Besides the actually hardware being awesome. I multitude of apps are also a major selling point for the IP4.
