When will Sprint get around to finally buying out iPCS?? It's kinda getting old to see no Sprint coverage here in my part of Michigan when the county right next to me is getting rapid tower development because it is corporate Sprint.

There has been plenty of speculation on if and when this will happen but the truth is nobody knows for sure.

Yeah, two things I'd like to see happen are Sprint buy out iPCS and Verizon buy out Thumb Cellular. Either that, or I wish Verizon would use their PCS licences that it has and build out it's network here in the thumb so I'm not constantly on "Extended Network" on Thumb Cellular. If you look at VZW's Coverage Viewer, you can see that they completely surround T.C. on all sides, so it only makes good sense to swallow them!

you would think Sprint would have taken care of these issues shortly after the merger
