So they're tying the Amazon phone to AT&T exclusively, just like Apple did with the iPhone at first? I thought we were pretty much done with these carrier exclusive deals...at least I'd hoped we were. I don't feel like Amazon has the instant cache of people willing to go through the PITA process of switching carriers just for a phone. There are Amazon apps, right? So what would be the impetus for anyone to change carriers for the Fire, as cool as some of its features sound?

Anyway...I'm just archaic Motorola flip phone guy and if you'll excuse me, I have to go yell at some darn kids to get off my lawn, dagnabbett!
