I was fooling around with my phone and made a mistake by resetting my wap. Now, I'm one of the few that pays for the internet service. I went back to my regular screen and tried to access th web and it read: "Internet service not enabled." How do I get it back?
Call verizon (I think it *611), and they will give you the correct settings. I had to do this with my last two brand new phones, because they didn't come with the right settings.

My "default" is different. On my LG VX4500, the settings it came (and work) with are: Proxy Address: 066.174.077.060 Proxy Port: 8080 Proxy LXL Port: 0443 In case it's a regional thing, I'm located in New Jersey.
Why would different models have different settings, when they are accessing the same service? Or is it dependent on the feature set of each model? If dependent, how can the free WAP services work with different models?
