International texting

    I just wanted to ask if anyone has texted international with a Alltel phone and how dose it work? Does the all axcess pass cover this typt of text and pix messaging or is there a added cost and if so how much. Also how did you do it and has the other party had any problem geting them? Thanks

    If your phone has a + (it'll typically be on the 0 key), it's:

    + CountryCode CityCodeMinusLeadingZero Number (ex. +33 1 47474747)

    If not, it's:

    011 CountryCode CityCodeMinusLeadingZero Number (ex. 011 33 1 47474747)

    I've only been able to use the 011 method on CDMA. The + method works fine on GSM though.
