Interesting article on how Sprint got service in Roswell, Carlsbad, & Artesia, NM

Late last year Sprint started offering service in Roswell, Carlsbad, and Artesia, New Mexico and then a couple of months later, Alamogordo. I had wondered how they set things up so quick because their previous planned future coverage maps didn't include all of these areas of NM. Here's a link to what happened: http://www.pvt.com/pages/pvt_pages/btl/btl_12_01.pdf

For some reason this deal was kept on a low profile and as far as I know wasn't even released in the SPCS newsroom like most other launches. I just happend to find this by accident on a Yahoo search. But anyway it turned out to be a good deal for Sprint.
