I'm torn between the A620 and VM4500

Does anyone have a reccomendation? I'm leaning towards the A620 (VGA 1000), it is cheaper, I like the menu system better, and has almost the exact same features as the VM4500.

The thing that makes me worried is that it doesn't have a video camcorder, though I'm not that dissapointed over it, the quality was quite worse then the pictures they both took. It did also have a walky talky system thing in it, but I won't be using it.

The thing that did worry me was the darker screen on the A620. Anytime I took a picture it would come out significanly darker then the VM4500. I had the settings up all the way, and everything correct on the camera, it just seemed the LCD was darker. I was dissipointed

One last thing, which one has better image quality, I think the VM4500 does, but then again it could just be from the brighter screen. So back to my orignal question which one do you reccomend.

I would always sacrifice a little preformance for some apperance, and truthfully I love the menu's and everything about the A620. The dark camera and missing the Camcorder really bugs me.

If you can wait about a week there will be a second video phone available, the Toshiba VM4050/Audiovox 9950. Here is some info about it. Not sure what the price will be.

Having used both the A620 and VM4500 I would recommend the 4500 if you can afford it without any problems. The Samsung is a fine phone, but it is a bit buggy (beeps in the earpiece, phone locking up requiring battery removal and restart, etc.).

Well I just sent back my VGA-1000, I found the sound quality to be very poor.[IMG] I'm kinda glad I did though, I absolutely love my vm4500, Sanyo has really outdone themselves on this one.
