If verizon has the esn active on your account, press *228 and then hit option 1.

nevermind on that question but i have a new one. i don't understand why on my bill it says mobile #=593 3734 but in my phone it says the number is 322-5605. also i want to know why i can't access get it now because it keeps saying the catalog is not running or something and it tells me to try back later. another thing- i can make calls to any place i try but when i tried to dial my number from my home phone i got some gay recording saying the number is not in service but when i call my number from any other mobile phone it works perfectly fine. i also want to state that i try calling 322-5605 and it works fine but it never works when i dial 593 3734 from any phone. i would really like get it now to start working!

Was your number ported from another carrier?

If not, then I suggest that you call Verizon's Tech. Department.

They will be able to help you with your problem.

So did you buy the phone directly from a Verizon store or an authorized reseller?

If you bought it from a Verizon store, then I would take it in there and tell them what is happening and hopefully they will be able to correct the problem.

    Good luck.

i would like to say that it isn't a very good idea to buy your phone off the internet because they screw everything up. i called verizon last night and all i got was put on hold for like an hour and my problem never got solved so today i went into the local verizon store and the man there worked everything out and it turns out that the 322 phone number is for bloomington and i live an hour away from there so i was making long distance phone calls which isn't cool. i'm glad that guy from verizon was there because he really helped me out and he fixed my phone and blasted the people from verizon for being so ignorant when he tried calling them. my number got changed and everything is now cool!
