If not okay- I will delete….but need unlocking help please

Hey all. I have a Moto e4 plus sprint locked phone. I need to unlock it for my friend and elderly neighbor next door. Just so she can use with her service until after her surgery when she’s moving to another anyway.

I have a T-Mobile prepaid account but not sure they will help me. As it’s a sprint phone. But now with sprint and T-Mobile together I just don’t know.

if I give the IMEI number could someone with that provider help me out please? Or direct me on how the heck to do this. Thank you.
