I think I did something bad!

    I recently purchased MPT downloaded all the necessary upgrades and everything was pretty much working great! Once in awhile it wouldn't recognize the phone so I thought I was uploading new software for the phone that would correct the problem. I live in a very rural part of Kentucky so I've got to do a lot of upgrading online. I installed Motorola driver installer and found another zip file online. I thought I backed up my flash on the phone but apparently all I backed up was the phone book. Now when I go into town and try to call *2 sprint customer solutions it says it's Verizon customer solutions and it's not available. I think I did something bad! Everything else seems to be working fine. But I cannot press the ( " 2 ) is there a Sprint V3m Flash somewhere on the web site?::(
