Ok people this is my first time doing this, I have never even downloaded music onto a mp3 player or anything.. so I picked up this new lg vx8500 last night i was happy but when i got home..wel first of all it game with a kit which includes USB cord, something called a Sandisk micro sd its blue and fits into my lap top. There is a little one that fits into the phone.. and there is another little one which i have no idea where that goes it is also called sandisk adapter it is small and all black. Ok so i plugged it in.. i downloaded the CD from verizon and it keeps saying another system is running please turn it off or switch and it never stops.. then when i try to connect the phone to the P.C it says connect failure please.. someone help me i really need it:loony:
If it we me I would be either back at the phone store or on the phone to the sales person to ask. After reading any directions of course.
