I’m noticing that when I get an incoming call it’s a tiny Little picture in the upper right corner? I use to have full screen. Did something change? I’ve tried all the suggestions I saw online. Except for taking my phone into Apple store I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this?

    iOS 13.5.1
I use iCloud and google. But have for years so not sure what changed.
    Thank you

You can simply fix the problem with this. Go Settings > "Phone" or "FaceTime." > Tap "Incoming Calls" > change the option from "Banner" to "Full Screen." (P.S. When you're iPhone is locked, whether "Banner" or "Full Screen" is chosen, the alert will always be the full one)

She was on iOS 13, before the change you referenced above, which is available for any devices on iOS 14.
