I need SERO... Help!

    I am in the process of transferring my liability from a family plan; once my account is transferred over I need a referral in order to change my plan to SERO. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. my e-mail is xxxxxxxxxxxxx

    i actually switched back to sprint a few days ago as a "new customer" and called them. they were able to give me a sero plan over the phone, with no employee email.

    I just called the SERO number and they asked for an email. What number were you calling where they didn't ask? The SERO number or the general sprint number? You can get into the SERO website with openaccess@sprint.com, any body have any issues using that email address after the service started?

    Can exsiting customers still get SERO? A colleague of mine asked Sprint 2 weeks ago and they said new customers only could get it.

    yeah some reps dont know......and if your within your 30 day trial period you are considered a new customer so you can switch then but after that its not "legal"

    but most reps arent informed of this so they give it to you anyway
